The College Success Research Collaborative (CSRC)

The National Historically Black College and University (HBCU) Alumni Study is a qualitative exploration of the college choice processes and early career outcomes of HBCU alumni from a diverse array of institutions.

Caste in College is a qualitative exploration of the experiences of Black faculty, staff, and administrators and their relegation to race-related roles in higher education.

The team designs workshops and programs to expand and diversify efforts to recruit and retain individuals for careers in teaching 

Temple Education Scholars (TES) Dual Enrollment Program, sponsored by the College of Education and Human Development at Temple University, is an initiative to support college success and enrollment into teacher education programs among Philadelphia high school students.

The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of the unique experiences of military veterans and military-connected students as they navigate the college choice process and college experiences.  

CSRC engages in several projects focused on broadening participation in STEM fields.
